Warning: Fraudulent profile falsely claiming to be an ISEKI dealer
Important note: Please be wary of fake seller profiles and do not make any advance payments to unknown sellers.
We have recently become aware of a fraud case in which a person is posing as an ISEKI dealer on TikTok and WhatsApp Business. In the WhatsApp Business profile, our company address in Naunhof is fraudulently and incorrectly stated. Interested parties are asked to make a deposit payment before viewing the vehicle.
We would like to make the following expressly clear:
- We have no connection whatsoever to this account.
- No vehicles are delivered by us through this channel.
- The address given does indeed belong to our company, but it is being misused without our knowledge or consent.
- ISEKI vehicles are sold exclusively through our authorized dealers. All of our dealers have a verifiable business address with named contact persons, which you can request from us at any time.
A criminal complaint has already been filed against the person responsible.
